Chinese new year is just around the corner and im going to Kuala Lumper! So i wont be openin' my house this year. hehe. Well, happy chinese new year to all of you. And may you all get a lot of ang pauz

~The story behind Chinese new year~

Once upon a time in China, there was a village in a beautiful valley called the Jui Huang Valley. The people there were cheerful and friendly. Many of them were farmers, and some were fishermen near the lake called the golden lake-so called as the lake shone like gold when the sun sets.

But behind the beauty of the Village, there was a darker side. Once every 10 years, a monster appeared to eat the villagers. This monster was described to be a big, smelly, violent bear-like creature. The locals call him Ah Lex.When ever the locals see him, they would shout,'' Look! Ah Lex''. And soon the villagers changed his name to name to Look Ah Lex.

The monster is said to come from the Kuan Bo mountain. There, he lives in a cave. It is also said that Look Ah Lex is afraid of the colour red, and loud noises.

Finally the villagers could take no more and they gathered for a meeting. The next day, Look Ah Lex made his way to the village. The villagers wore red and made loud noises with fireworks.Look Ah Lex couldnt tolerate the sound and the colour red and he went violent. He ran back to the mountain and was never seen again.

It is said that the descendants of Look Ah Lex still lives.....

Ok lah the story is crappy...but i was borrrreeeedddd......and i didnt know what to write...hehe
